Shipping policy

Regular Shipping
Orders placed on business days will be packed and shipped within 1-5 business days. Shipping will take 1-3 business days on domestic orders, international orders may take longer depending on where you’re located. If your order is delayed we will contact you via email. Shipping costs will be charged at checkout.

Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-orders will be processed at a later date, not the date you order. For more information on specific shipping data, check the product description. If your order is delayed we will contact you via email. Shipping costs will be charged at checkout.

Please be aware that international customers are responsible for covering any import duties and fees.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates depend on where you're located and on the size of your order. Up to three tote bags from The Totes Ready for Sunday Collection can fit in one letterbox. 

Europe 1: Austria, Belgium, Denmark (excl. the Faroe Islands and Greenland), France (incl. Corsica and Monaco), Germany, Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Spain (incl. Balearic Islands, excl. Canary Islands), Sweden.
Europe 2: All other countries in Europe.*
Rest of the world: All other countries.*

*We don't ship to Russia, Belarus, China, Syria, Eritrea, North Korea, Cuba, or Iran.
